The Wildflower Shipping & Returns

In-Store Pickup:

  • If you choose the in-store pickup option in shipping methods you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up
  • Your order will be ready for pickup at our Hailey store at 102 N Main St, Hailey, ID.
  • Your order will be ready for pickup within one hour of placing the order during regular store hours (10am to 6pm) or will be ready by 11am the following day if your order is placed after store hours.

Online Return Policy:

  • Please return items as you received them: In new condition, unwashed and unworn with tags still attached.
  • We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges
  • Intimates, jewelry, lipstick and sale items are Final Sale and CANNOT be returned.

To Receive a Full money back refund:

  • Your package must be posted marked for return within 7 Business Days of the delivery date of your original package.
  • It will be 5-7 business days after we receive your return, for you to be refunded your payment.
  • There will be NO refund on shipping charges.

How to Return an Online Order:

1. Go to https://thewildfloweridaho.com

2. Log into your account by clicking Login in the top left-hand side of the screen

3. Customers can view any past orders by clicking My Orders

4. Click View on the right-hand side of the screen

5. Click Return Items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment

6. Choose the products to return and the quantity

7. Give a return reason. Choose a reason and an action or create your own, and then send the return request.

8. Your request will be sent to a team member who will review it. If your request meets our return policy guidelines the status of your return will be Return Authorized. If your request does not meet our guidelines the status will show Request Rejected.

Exchanges:

  • We will gladly exchange any item as quickly as we can. Please call us at (208) 928-4700 let us know what you would like and we can take them off of the floor for you. This will ensure we do not sell out of the item or size.
  • After we receive the exchanged item will call you with updated changes or charges. We only hold exchange items for 7 business days.

Shipping Policies:

Changing An Order: Due to the speed of electronic data, changes cannot be made to an order after check out

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays recognized in the United States. 

We strive to ship within 24-hours of the order placed, but please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Depending on your location, please expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days from the date your order was placed. 

Please provide a valid and secure address for delivery.

The Wildflower is not responsible  for lost or stolen packages once a tracking # has been issued by the Shipping agency.

Orders designated to ship Overnight or Second Day will ship on the same day if the order is placed by 11:00 a.m. (P.S.T.) Otherwise, they will ship the following business day.

We use all major mail carriers, including UPS, and the United States Postal Service. Customers must specify the carrier of their choice.  Currently, we do not ship internationally.
